Founder -Young Lee, who had recently completed UCLA using a degree in economics, had joined the workforce and often found himself on the road. However, he discovered that restaurants serving healthy meals were few and far between.
First Restaurant Opens – Entrepreneurial by nature, in 1995 he opened the very first restaurant in Orange County that served simple, healthy fast food. What better approach to solve a problem rather than solve it yourself?

For an added flavor kick, guests are invited to top bowls off with Flame Broiler’s proprietary hot sauce, double hot sauce, triple hot sauce or its Korean BBQ-inspired Magic Sauce.
